This is a sub entity, an entity or entities more accurately. Thats why its literally plural. Elohim are required to ask the supreme being before they do something. When they said “let us make man” the answer they got was no because in the next verse it clearly states “so god CREATED man”.
Who is this? Well you’ve got some options like rulers, judges, gods (with a little g) plural and angels. Well the NT tells us who the rulers are, it calls them the “arche” in the Greek or the archons and the archons is simply a name for the fallen angels.
Its certainly not the most high. This why when you get to the end of the chapter it says “so god looked (meaning the fallen angels) and saw that everything that he (they) had made (asah) was good” . That leaves man completely out of the picture. Man was CREATED or (bara) so only the things that were asah (made) were deemed as good. What does this mean therefore about man. Man is not considered good as we can clearly see when we break this down and cut through these lies in the english version of the text.
YHWH in Aramaic is IAUA or AUAI backwards, the vowels for Annunaki (fallen angels). If the father is not the physical creator, and the Annunaki genetically manufactured mankind, then we start to understand more as to why the material life is suffering. Its ANU world order. ANU is also EL.
And just because is "called" YHWH in OT doesn't mean the whole OT is invalid.
The Annunaki as the fallen angels is essentially Lucifer's falling away. The Book of Genesis is taken from Sumerian cuneiform. Adam is also called Adamu in older legends.
